Tall, Tatted and Tempting by Tammy Falkner
She’s locked up tight. But he might be the key.
Logan Reed is tall, tatted and tempting. Kit’s a woman with a mean right hook and a secret.
Kit wants a tattoo, but Logan sees more than she intends to share in the drawing of the tat she wants. He sees her in ways no one ever has.
Logan’s not disabled; but he hasn’t spoken in eight years. He hasn’t needed to. Until he meets Kit.
Logan doesn’t know everything about Kit. Kit doesn’t know anything about herself, until she has to sacrifice all she ever wanted to save what’s most important to him.
This book is not meant for individuals under the age of 18 due to adult language, adult sexuality and adult situations.
Tall, Tatted and Tempting has been on my tbr pile forever, yet for some reason I never got around to actually read it. Now I wonder what in the world what took me so long?! I LOVE THIS BOOK!
It’s funny, cute and moving. It’s heart-warming, sexy and brave. It’s about loyalty, fear and family. I love how everything is balanced out perfectly and I had fun reading about Logan and Kit. They’re an adorable couple with great personalities and I fell hard for both of them.
This was supposed to be a quick in between read. With the emphasis on supposed. Turns out that I did a very poor job of investigating and I jumped head first into a series. And of course, of course, of course I can’t help but to fall in love with a total of five brothers who each have their own book that tell their story… Or more than one. Well shit, I’m screwed. Never mind in between.
That’s what I thought when I first found out it was a series. Now, I am so happy because I can’t get enough of these two! :3 And, more good news, this book (and the next in the series) isn’t a big pill at all, so that makes these a definite fun, quick read that will capture your heart from the start. Perfect for any moment, really. So what are you waiting for?
Beside the tiny-miny overlooking on my part, I fell so, so hard for Logan and Kit. Holy shit, what a cute couple!! Logan is exactly what the title says; tall, tatted and tempting, but beside all the absolute droolworthiness of that and the fact that he’s a tattoo artist, he’s also protective and caring and respectful and hot as hell and as sweet and huggable as the sexiest teddy bear in the world and waahhhh he is so awesome!! I totally fell for his charms and wide smiles, and I know you will, too.
And Kit. Oh poor Kit!! I love that girl! She has the most amazing personality; she’s selfless and modest, knows how to stand up for herself and she has such a huge heart of gold. The choices she made were just, wow. She’s smart and has a huge heart full of love ready to give. My respect for that girl is sky-high.
The ending, though. Holy shit, I so loved the ending! I swear she could not have done that any better. That alone made me love that girl so much more. I honestly can’t wait to dive into the next!
Smart, Sexy, and Secretive.
I’LL BE BACK!
****** SPOILERS ********
Okay, this story hadn’t even started and I already loved this book. What a brilliant, brilliant idea to have a sexy version of your story and a sex-lite version. I so love this! Even though I’m okay with reading sex scenes, I don’t necessarily need to read the steam-coming-out-of-my-ears kind of love making scenes. I really had to get used to these kind of books when I first started reading new adult. And here you can just choose what you prefer!
You want to know which one I chose? Well, I figured I’d start with the sexy version, see how it played out and if I felt like covering my eyes while reading, I’d switch to sexy-lite. To be honest, now that I’m used to Abbi Glines Rosemary Beach kinds of sexy, this really wasn’t too bad at all. I had no problem at all reading the sexy version of Tall, Tatted and Tempting 😉
Oh, the brothers. I really have a thing for a family full of brothers :3 To be honest I already fell a little for Paul and Matt. Oh poor Matt 😥 Sam and Pete were a little farther behind, but I’m sure that will all be alright soon 😉
I swear, I cannot get over how she told Logan on national television that she loved him and she would be back. I always hate it when characters walk away thinking it’s best for the other and not letting the other know how they feel or why they did it. She made it so clear and that scored some major points with me. Now, let’s dive into book number 2!!
